XBE Terms and Conditions

1. To register, you must fully complete this certificate and mail it to Casablanca Express with a fully refundable $50 validation deposit by the registration deadline. Only original certificates will be honored. We recommend you retain a photocopy for your records.
2. This certificate is valid for either two nights midweek accommodations or one night weekend accommodations plus four tickets for two adults and two children to: Six Flags Great Escape with accommodations in Lake George, NY; Seabreeze with accommodations in the Rochester, NY Area; Darien Lake with accommodations in the Buffalo, NY Area; Dorney Park with accommodations in the Allentown, PA Area; Hershey Park with accommodations in Harrisburg, PA; Six Flags Great Adventure with accommodations in Wrightstown, NJ or Seaside Heights, NJ; Kings Dominion with accommodations in Richmond, VA; Water Country USA with accommodations in Williamsburg, VA; Carowinds with accommodations in Charlotte, NC; Six Flags Over Georgia with accommodations in Atlanta, GA; Cedar Point with accommodations in Sandusky, OH; Kings Island with accommodations in Cincinatti, OH; Coney Island with accommodations in Cincinatti, OH; Kennywood with accommodations in Pittsburgh, PA; Michigan’s Adventure with accommodations in the Muskegon, MI Area or either two nights midweek accommodations or one night weekend accommodations plus two adult tickets to: Busch Gardens with accommodations in Williamsburg, VA. Accommodations assigned are based on your choice of attraction tickets. A voucher to pick up your attraction tickets will be included in your travel package. Please follow the instructions on the voucher to pickup your attraction tickets. CBE reserves the right to substitute similar area attraction tickets offer of equal value at any time. Transportation is not included.
3. Certificate holder must be 21 years of age or older. This certificate is invalid if sold or bartered, and is nontransferable. Certificate is only valid for the certificate holder named on this certificate.
4. Upon receipt of your validation deposit and registration, you will be sent a tax deposit request for the amount of $60. Tax deposit is payable in the form of Personal Check, Cashier’s Check or Money Order. Once your tax deposit is received, you will be sent a reservation letter with a toll free number to call to make your reservations. All travel must be completed within one year of the registration date.
5. You must provide 3 arrival dates at least 60 days in advance of your first date and 30 days between subsequent dates. Weekend and summer availability may be limited. All reservations are subject to availability. Generally, there is no availability during major holidays and special events. All travel must be completed prior to the expiration date printed on your reservation letter.
6. Specific accommodations are subject to availability and will be assigned by CBE. Economy and tourist class properties are used.
7. This certificate does not include government imposed taxes, transportation, transfers, meals, gratuities, service fees, hotel security fees, or hotel surcharges. Hotel/motel may require a credit card imprint upon check-in to cover incidental expenses.
8. All reservations must be made by calling the toll-free telephone number on your reservation letter. After you request your dates you will receive a confirmation receipt within 30 days with your assigned arrival date. Once an arrival date is assigned no changes or reschedules are allowed.
9. Government imposed taxes (approx. $40 to $60 total) are the sole responsibility of the certificate holder. Taxes include hotel occupancy taxes. Government imposed taxes will be deducted from your Tax Deposit and will not exceed $60. The remainder of your Tax Deposit (if any) and validation deposit will be refunded with your travel package.
10. A personal CBE travel representative will contact you by phone to finalize the details of your trip before purchases are made. Your travel package, including the voucher you will use to pick up your attraction tickets, hotel voucher, and the refund of your $50 validation deposit, will be mailed to you at least 10 days before your arrival date. Failure to update your address and telephone numbers will prevent your receipt of your travel package as well as the return of your validation deposit.
11. This certificate is void where prohibited by law and may not be combined with any other discount or special promotion. No other representations, oral or otherwise, are valid in conjunction with this certificate.
12. This certificate is not valid for group travel. Group travel is defined as more than two persons using multiple certificates.
13. CBE is not responsible for any accident, injury, theft, property damage or personal loss in connection with any accommodations or other travel services arranged in the fulfillment of this certificate which result either directly or indirectly from any occurrence, including but not limited to, strikes, inclement weather, theft, terrorism and/or acts of war.
14. Certificate Holder must sign the certificate below.

Accommodations assigned based on your choice of attraction tickets. Transportation is not included. This certificate is subject to the terms and conditions printed herein.

To register, you must fill out this certificate completely and return it along with the fully refundable $50 validation deposit to the address provided prior to the registration deadline printed below. Please keep a copy for your records. You will be sent a deposit request upon receipt of your fully completed certificate.
