Outdoor Adventures Adds to its Executive Leadership Team

Announces the Promotion of Alex Webber to the position of Chief Experience Officer

Outdoor Adventures, Inc. announces the promotion of Alex Webber to the position of Chief Experience Officer. Alex has been with the company for almost five years and brings deep experience with his background in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, Risk Management and Operations. This appointment demonstrates a continued commitment and an increased focus on both the employee and membership experience.

In his tenure, Alex has overhauled employee benefit offerings, streamlined hiring practices, and built a new employee infrastructure. After being promoted to HR Director in 2018, Alex started to focus on opportunities within Member Services, implementing the company’s first online reservation request system. His efforts will be focused on added resources for the Member Services team, reservation system development, new member onboarding initiatives, and process improvement.

Alex is a 2015 graduate of Michigan State University. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management. He’s currently enrolled at the University of Michigan, pursuing his Master of Business Administration.
